    This photo, while cool looking, is not correct.

    If that’s Ted Williams in the on deck circle, as it appears, then the picture isn’t right.

    Navin Field was no longer Navin Field when Williams made his big league debut, in 1939.

    By then, Navin Field had been double decked, by new owner Walter O. Briggs, in 1935, after the passing of Frank Navin, the previous Tigers owner.

    Still, it’s a nice piece of art.
